MODERN OLD WORLD CHARM

While assisting an aging family member, our clients recognized the need for a first-floor bathroom designed for easy accessibility. This included an open shower, a pull-up vanity, and ample space around the toilet to facilitate transfers. We proposed six different floor plans that incorporated these features and helped the clients select the best option. Together, we explored materials and finishes in showrooms and guided them through the purchasing process. The clients managed the permit process and construction of the new bathroom themselves.
